"Better than Before" is a combination of two recycled canvases. The main canvas was painted over the original image, with circles. The cut-out pieces of canvas are from the second recycled canvas, previously hanging in my garden. The quote resonated with the artist; she was able to take two items she was ready to discard and turn them into something grand. This speaks to many things in life.
